For those wishing to join Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts, the Lions Club is giving a free pool party at the Burnham pool from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 26.  You must pre-register for the pool party so they know how many life guards are needed.  Pre-register at http://www.jvgs.org by July 19.  A computer will be available to help parents register girl scouts.  Any adult interested in helping with a girl scout troop can also register.  The annual registration fee for Girl Scouts is $25, but financial aid forms will be available if requested.  Previous scouts who have not done the Early Bird Registration can also re-register at the pool party
