Organizing to Make Disciples: The Nuts and Bolts of Alternative Structures

This workshop is designed to be helpful to churches considering changing to an alternative structure as well as those who have already adopted an alternative church structure.  We will look together at why this might be considered and adopted, what the basics include and the three things that must be done for minimum structures to work.

Ministry happens best when our interior structure enables the ministries that a congregation is called to. The workshop will be about 2 1/2 hours.
